The room the guides come for. A robata grill along one wall, a sushi counter at the other end, and tables that stay turned until midnight — later on a Friday and a Saturday.
The room
Built around the grill, not around a view.
The upstairs room is the largest of the three and the only one laid for a full dinner service. The robata runs the length of one wall so the charcoal is part of the room rather than hidden behind a pass, and the sushi counter seats you close enough to watch the knife work. À la carte, all evening.
