Alba is a complete house, not a single restaurant: a dining room, a pub counter and a hidden bar that work as one address. We license the whole thing, and we are selective about where.
What is licensed

Alba Lounge, Nomikai and Himitsu as one building, with the relationship between them intact. That relationship is the concept.
The kitchen
The à la carte menu, the robata and sushi programmes, supplier specifications and the training that goes with them.

What is the total investment?
We do not publish investment figures, fees or projected returns. The full financial model is released after an NDA, at the franchise-pack stage of the process.
Which territories are available?
We are speaking to partners across the GCC and in international capitals. Tell us the city you have in mind and we will tell you where it stands.
What kind of site does Alba need?
A landmark position, and a building rather than a unit. Alba is three rooms in one address — a pub counter, a dining room and a bar behind it — so it needs the volume to hold all three and the footfall to fill them. The Dubai original is a standalone building on a cultural plaza, but floor count and covers are not fixed. We will review a specific site with you.
Do I need a fine-dining background?
You need an operating hospitality background and the capability to run a licensed venue. The culinary system, the training and an opening team come from us.
Can I license only Himitsu, or only Nomikai?
Ask. The three rooms are designed to work as one address and that is how they are usually licensed, but the right site in the right city is worth a conversation.
Is this a multi-unit rollout?
No. Alba is a destination flagship format. We are looking for a small number of premium partners, not unit density.
How long does the process take?
It varies by market and site. The stages are set out above; the qualification call and NDA usually move quickly, and territory and site review is the longest step.
