Himitsu
秘密 means secret. Himitsu is the third room in the house — no sign, nothing on the door, and a way in that guests are told rather than shown. It keeps its own hours, its own list and its own site.
Omakase
Two seatings a night, Wednesday to Saturday.
The omakase is a five-course tasting served at 18:00 and again at 20:00, Wednesday through Saturday. It is a separate booking from a table at Alba and it uses its own reservation link — a table upstairs does not carry over.
Recognition
The only bar in the Middle East with an Outstanding rating from the Pinnacle Guide.
The Pinnacle Guide awards bars one, two or three pins — two meaning Outstanding. Himitsu holds two, and is the only bar in the Middle East to do so. It is also listed in the GreatList guide to Dubai.

Himitsu is a bar in its own right.
